🔁 Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:
- You received a different product than what you ordered
- The bottle arrived damaged or leaking
- Any item is missing from your parcel
Please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear pictures of the issue for quick assistance.
To maintain hygiene and product integrity for all customers, we kindly request that:
- The perfume should be used no more than 5ml
- The bottle, box, and packaging should be in original condition
- The product should be properly packed when returning
🚚 Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- Our team will guide you regarding the return process
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch your replacement
Please allow 3–5 working days for the exchange to be completed after we receive the item.
